What is one-way e-Coaching?
This service is in place to ensure patient engagement and utilization of the PrompTx for Patients application for ongoing triage to phone interventions, providing engaging text, image and video content. It enables us to analyze and engage patient segments as we want patient connections to be continuous so the application can capture changes which often occur over time.

The services include:
- Review of patient activity by segment over previous 30 days
- For each patient segment, development of monthly customized email / text reminder by patient segment (1-way) (i.e., Accepting patients are encouraged to continue to engage in the supportive content and appropriate self-management vs uncertain or skeptical patients are served up content related to decisional balance and health beliefs)
